Technical preparation of production - programming CNC machines and equipment.With the comfortable tools for CNC-machine programming that are included in CATIA V4 and V5 systems, creation of programs necessary for the production of parts, manufacturing jigs, molds, or tools can be started as early as during the "rough" designing period, which cuts down the time needed from a design to the finished product. After the final form of a part is finished, structural changes and complements are interactively reflected in the final outputs for CNC machines. - We create NC data for the control of all common and less-common types of milling machines and control systems, including full 5-axis programs. - We debug programs for series production including accompanying works documentatio.n - We can arrange the production of parts, jigs, molds with well-known Czech companies. |
